I'm getting the dreaded limited function on the gearbox, this morning just moving into drive brought the message up. My wife said it happened twice yesterday while driving. No faults showing on obd device.

I had the oil and filter changed last year at 75k genuine ford. I've tried the "reset" but cant get it to work, but all the info I have seen on that are key start, ours is button start and the car doesnt actually turn off for ages.

I'm thinking of trying another oil change with a flush, I know it didnt get flushed last year. Can someone recommend a good flush?

Anyone got any good ideas on other possibilities I could try myself before going down the mechanic route?
