Smurf 56 Posted March 9 Share Posted March 9 Hi All, We ordered new Kuga back in August 2022. Was advised of delivery delay of up to 9 months, which was fine by us. Later advised by Dealership car due to arrive 26 Nov 2022, which it did, almost immediately FMC slapped a recall on it, been there ever since! (3.5 months) spoke to Ford customer service, no help what do ever, just referred me back to Dealership. Dealership say FMC won’t advise when this will be resolved’ Anyone experiencing the same or similar? Any comments welcomed👍 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
RL123 Posted March 9 Share Posted March 9 Assuming yours is the 1.5 petrol, my current kuga is waiting for the recall 22s73 as well and have been using it until recently until the clutch master cylinder failed.
