Ka engine light stays on after ignition turned off

Hi all, strange this is, KA 2011, 1.2.

When i turn the ignition off, all the dash lights & clocks go off etc - the ENGINE LIGHT, FOG LIGHT, AIRBAG & SEATBELT lights stay on for about 10-15s then turns off. I have pluged my diag tool in, and there are no engine or body codes stored, wander if anyone has experienced this or can shed some light, sorry grainy image attached as i video rather than photo etc cheers andy

There are a number of threads on this fault. Seems to mostly be 2011 to 2013 KA

Reported faults points to water ingress to the Body Control Module
