My sills, both left and right, have 'surface' rust on the sills around the jacking points. I have had two body repairers supposedly rustproof and paint but their attempts have failed. The metal is solid and my MOT man has said currently it will not fail the test. I propose to have the sections cut out, have the insides waxed, and then have my welder form a shaped replacement.
