Anti roll bar bushes

Hi,

I want to change the bushes on a 1.2 mkII Ka.  The Haynes manual suggests that the bushes are part of the anti roll bar and that the whole unit will need changing.  However, you can buy the bushes on their own.  I've had a quick look and it looks like the bushes are housed in a sealed clamp.  Will I have to drop the whole anti roll bar out?
