Mk3 Rear Passenger Door Locking Mechanism

Hi,

Went out today and rear passenger side door decided it didn't want to function as a door anymore. Got home and it seems to work again now. But can hear it's slow and lazy compared to the rest of the locking mechanism when pressing the remote (opening and closing).

I've left the screws out the panel inside so I can get it off and open it from the inside should it stick again.

Does anyone have any advice of how to remove the mechanism? And also a part number/link for a new one please? Went on eBay but ended up down a rabbit hole of various ones.

Coated the old one with WD for now to try and keep it going and stop it sticking whilst I get a new one.
