Morning,

My automatic gearbox has decided to second guess itself….

When in 2nd it thinks 3rd is better then goes back to 2nd then back to 3rd (for example)

Not doing anything to bring on this behaviour, does this mean it’s close to death? I hope not!

Any advice / help appreciated!

    If it's a powershift:

    When was the fluid and filter last changed?

    Is the battery on the way out?

    If it's a 6F35 Torque Converter:

    Check the fluid level and, if over 40,000 miles consider changing the fluid.

    If over 70,000 miles change the fluid
