Johnscar
Hello, I recently replaced my battery and have not reset the BMS. All seemed well but over the past few days I have been getting messages such as 'Front Camera Malfunction, service Required' and 'Hill Start Assist Not Available'. I wonder if this is due to not resetting the BMS (as I did not know how). Does anyone know how to do this? There seems to be several methods described on the internet. I have keyless ignition so when I put the ignition on the engine starts and I believe one of the things needed is ignition on with the engine not running. Besides that which buttons need to be pressed and how many times etc. Thank you.

Otherwise you can press the start button and turn the ignition on and off as much as you like.

unofix
Well that's 3 videos for him to watch so no excuse for not resetting the BMS now. It would probably be a good idea for him to fully charge the battery with a .........???? oh yes I remember a Maypole Smart charger for at least 12 hours. Remembering of course to connect the battery charger positive direct to the battery terminal while ensuring the negative lead is connected to the vehicles chassis earth point (not the battery).
