trying to update and get this WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE ERROR

i have been trying to update from sync 3.3 to 3.4 and maps from f8 on the update web page and keep getting this message WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE ERROR.  WE ARE WORKING TO CORRECT IT AND REQUEST YOU TRY AGAIN LATER this has been going on for days now ,anyone else having this problem also will not do auto update from within the car thank you for any help

    I had that error come up also a couple of times but the site seems to be working fine again now. I managed to download the update to USB, install and then register the update no problem a couple of days ago

    This same statement is displaying for my daughters Ford Focus. There is no error when I select my Mondeo. Any idea how to rectify?
