Can anyone here clarify if there’s an easier way to charge the 12v battery? The manual is useless, doesn’t even say the battery is in the correct location… I’ve found there’s jump start connections under the bonnet/hood, can I use these to charge? I don’t see why not but the sales man said no without any reason. Yes you can quite safely and happily use the positive "jump start" point for the positive of the battery charger. The cable goes directly to the positive of the battery.
