Error code in Sync3 update - using Mac

Hi there,  

Trying to update sync3 and keep getting error code as pictured below.  

Photo also shows how the files are downloaded onto my mac and then copied directly onto USB

The USB as all fomatted correctly.

Any solutions to get this update completed.

    Use a windows PC to download/extract files.

    If it still fails use Cyanlabs to update
