I recently got a 2020 Focus ST Line X and cannot seem to get DAB radio. I have checked all the settings but when I go to Stations there is nothing, just a message about no available stations.

So it looks like there is some problem with the DAB reception itself somewhere. There's no rear camera to cause interference so I'm not sure where to start to diagnose the issue.

There's a bit of warranty left so I am going to get Ford to look into it but I'd like to know ahead of time what the issue could be. Which things are known to fail with the DAB etc.

Have you tuned DAB to your local area? Car could have come from somewhere else with a different DAB set...

As Stephen has said the car may have come from a different area. DAB is always a pain, and reception loss is common. The only item that occasionally fails is the DAB aerial amplifier unit which is usually located in the top edge of the tailgate behind the trim panel.
