BCM Issues

I have a 2009MY Mondeo Titanium

Disconnected the BCM as my Horn had stopped working so disconnected the BCM and the battery but when I have reconnected the battery and the BCM I'm having problems with the headlights. They are currently staying on and the switch isn't working, you can turn it on or off and doesn't change the lights. Also main beam won't work either same with front or rear fog lights from the light switches.

The blowers for the heating and Aircon are not working either, you can turn it on but doesn't blow.

I connected FORscan and get some error codes which tried resetting but most come back.

B10AF:14-6C

B1130:87-2F

B1C55:14-2F

B1D01:13-28

B10B9:00-28

I tried to go into the BCM settings and it wants to download firmware files from the internet which I let it do but it fails and comes up with an error.

the file it tried to download is  7G9T-14C097-AA.VBF

How can I sort this out and is it the BCM that has issues and needs changing? I can get a 2nd hand one off eBay but need to get the AB file to upload onto it when installing.

Please help me guys.

Thanks

Sarah

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for half an hour?

Checked all BCM plugs are firmly reconnected?

All BCM Plugs are checked and firmly connected but I can try disconnecting the battery for 30 mins then try again.
