I've come to a halt with my 2011 mk4 facelift 2.2 titx sport 200hp 94k on clock all of a sudden engine management light appeared went into limp mode and no boost can not detect any split pipe and only error code P0299 turbo underboost showing ive checked turbo which was a pain to get off no excessive play also cleaned could not get to the veins as screws holding plate was rounded clean actuator arm that has not seized and moved freely full cleaned dpf incase blocked egr blanking plate on egr cleaned and ok air filter ok new fuel filter on, the engine light doesn't come on stright away after 5-10min driving then appears I have noticed once appeared plug computer in and the engine throttle position was stuck on 85% at idle and reving also the comanded egr was stuck on 0% when idle and reving after turning engine off seems to reset itself and works again until driving then all happens again with no boost and limp mode I've been searching High and low cannot find anything when comes to the 2.2 I'm new to the readings on the computer havent really looked into live data before any help would really be appreciated I did take it to the garage today but no engine light was on and working fine so no work carried out after driving for 10min all happened again and now garage booked up again now stuck

Are you reading codes with Forscan? If not, then I recommend that you buy a code reader from Tunnelrat electronics* and download a copy of Forscan to run on it. That way you'll be able to read and interpret Ford codes, and not just generic ones.
