Hello!

I have a 2015 Ford Mondeo Mk V estate. When opening the electric boot it opens about 70% and stops, then I have to open the boot fully by hand.

I have tried doing the boot height set function by holding the button. At lower than normal positions the memory works, but for higher positions after the chime, it still only opens 70%. Also tried disconnecting the battery to reset module - also did not help.

Any help appreciated!
