kugaking Posted September 10 Share Posted September 10 hi all thanks for allowing me in my problem is i have a mk1 2012 awd titanium with the txda 163 bhp engine the car drives great for the fist mile then shows engine malfunction turn it off wait 2 mins its back to normal for a mile codes show mass air flow meter and intake air temperature P1632 - Smart alternator, output circuit - Message error - Current P0100 - Mass air flow sensor - No symptom - Pending P0103 - MAF-sensor - Circuit high input - Too high frequency - Current P0113 - IAT-sensor - Circuit high input - Short circuit to positive or open circuit - Current P00BD - Mass or volume air flow "A" circuit - Range/Performance - Faulty signal - Current i have tried 2 brand new air flow sensors cleared codes reset the values and its made no difference at all unplug the air flow and its much better but still not right has anyone any ideas please its driving me mad thank you for any help Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
unofix Posted September 10 Share Posted September 10 What are you using to read the DTC's ? That's quite a range of fault codes has any work been done on the vehicle recently ? Has the air filter been changed and the air box lid is not properly seated ? using a delphi ds1500 and also a elm with forscan same codes with both its had a full service but it had done 400 miles to Cornwall before anything happened another site suggests egr but confused as theres no codes for the egr strange thing is it will idle for ever with no problems it only happens when driving Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
