Diesel fuel vaporiser feed pipe

Hi all. I have just discovered that the fuel pipe that feeds the fuel vaporiser during regens rubs against the positive battery lead as it runs down the side of the battery, routing flaw in my opinion.

Dies anyone know how to release the bottom end of the pipe and how to access it?
