Hi I have a Ford Ka Zetec 2013

My mileage has started flashing , rear windscreen wiper stopped working and Bluetooth availability has disconnected all within a month, any ideas on what this could be , also my stop start has been intermittent since I purchased the car 3 years ago 

Any info greatly appreciated
