Blower/Heatersc - climate control not working but dash does

I have changed fuses F28 and F13 in the engine bay and also Fuse F27 under the dash in front of the passenger front seat. No change dash lights up but climate control or A/C does not work at all.  Any ideas what I should look at next?

    Have you had the gas checked ? The system will not run if the gas pressure is too low.

    Haven,t had gas in it since I bought it 3 years ago.  It's been fine all that time.  I am talking abbout the heater blowers rather than air conditioning
