Rain sensor/ collision sensor cover

Does anyone know how the rain sensor/collision sensor cover is secured? it's in two part does the bottom cover clip into the upper cover? then clued to the windscreen?

just  a quick one  if your trying to take the rain ,light sensor off the screen , make sure you,ve got another gel pad available as it will be damaged on removal   , the auto lights and auto wipers wont work correctly as for the plastics the bottom bit clips on the mirror and the top clips into the bottom part. ,the little plastic tabs can . , break easily aswell  ,ive 25+ years windcreen fitting experiance and some time struggle with them.
