If this is a 2022 model then get it booked in to a Ford dealer today. Don't wait until something fails completely and Ford then say your warranty is void.

Yes, unless it's a very late registered one, I would have expected 2022 to be a facelift (Mk 8.5) yet those look like the Mk 8 instruments?

There have been several posts on ST specific forums where owners of Mk 8.5s with analogue instruments feel they haven't got the "proper" ST instruments as shown above. All the shots I've seen of Mk 8.5 STs with analogue instruments have had instruments with blue needles, as used in the ST-Line, as in (very poor!) pic below:
