I have bought 4 new 'plugs from Ford for a 1.2 Duratec KA.

They are pre-gapped at 1.0 MM. Should I be opening them up to 1.2 MM ?

    No.  Don't forget the Ka 1.2 isn't part of the Ford Zetec family.  It's a Fiat engine.

    Duratec doesn't mean anything, it's just branding.  Yes, 1mm is correct for these.
