I have a 2017 Mondeo Vignale, the drivers side heated windscreen suddenly stopped working, I have changed the fuse and checked for damage to the windscreen but can't find any, is there anything else I should look at?

Did you check both fuses ? There is one for the left and one for the right.

You need to access the connections on the screen for the drivers side and see if you have any supply. Remember the front heated screen only works when the battery state of charge is good, the outside temperature is 7^oC or less and the engine is running.

Has the windscreen been replaced at some point in the past ? It could well be that one of the push-on connectors for that side of the screen has become disconnected.

Hi there, apologies for the delay in getting back to you, I have checked both fuses which are working,  not sure about the connectors,  the windscreen was replaced about 4 years ago!
