Focus sat nav problem

Hi all,

I am experiencing a problem with the sat nav in my 2011 focus 1.6 TDCI and I would be very appreciative of any advice which anyone might offer. Every time I try to set a destination it programmes the directions as if I am in Arbroath. (I live in Sheffield) I have sourced a replacement SD card for £30 but I am not sure if this will solve the problem. The SD card that I have has not been updated in any way since I bought the car in 2013.

    Well stick it in and see if it solves the problem 👍

    If not put your house up for sale and move to Arbroath

    Sounds to me like the previous owner set the start point on the satnav to his Home address.
