Kuga Keyless start not working

Hi All,

 

my mam drives a 2010 kuga and has been having some issues time to times starting the car from time to time. The car gives no power or dash lights when power button is pressed, I thought it may have been key batteries so I swapped both fob batteries and still nothing..

it appears the alarm light still flashes even when unlocked and sitting in the car. It has been like this 2 days no, any suggestions would be a massive help! Thanks

    Sounds like a faulty start button.

    If it was a key issue it should say 'key not detected' on the display.
