Hi everyone,

 

I'm just wondering if anyone has done an oil pump change on their 3.2  Ranger?. I'm approaching 70k on my 2019 3.2 Manual.

 

Can someone provide a part number or details on a geared oil pump?.

Someone online mentioned a op243 but this seems to only suit the 2.2 rangers. Any info much appreciated.

    there are a few options for oil pumps. One option is the Melling - Stock Replacement Oil Pump with part number M256S1. This is a standard volume, standard pressure, cast iron pump.
    Another option is an upgraded gear drive oil pump suitable for both the 2.2 and 3.2 Rangers. These pumps are designed to replace the variable pressure pump with a more reliable gear drive pump.
