Rear belt monitor malfunction - Service Required

Hello,

So I have an intermitent fault on my 2018 Edge ST-Line 210 Auto, the warning - Rear belt monitor malfunction - Service required pops up.

I also get the small icon with an exlamaiton mark and the airbag light.
The seat belt indicator 'page' via settings shows the rear drivers side as having the issue, this happens when there is some sat in the seat and belt buckled or empty.
sometimes a green tick and sometimes a red exlamation mark.

Clicking OK removes the message but it appears a few mins later.

I have reset the RCM module via forscan, same issue
Removed the rear seat and checked cabling / connectors, all look OK.

My wife drove the car to work (30 mins each way) no error, I then drove it into town for 5 mins and up it pops.

Doesn't appear all the time, just random.

Getting a little worried as due MOT next week.
Any ideas on where the module is located as that is one thing I havent checked.

    We had this in one of our fleet Transit custom vans, dealt with at Fords as a software upgrade.

    Sorry for the late reply, yes a new belt buckle needed and all sorted.
