Sync 1 - new owner - confused!

Featured Replies

Hi everyone, I have just joined, I bought a Ford C-Max 2013 yesterday!!!! I have managed to pair the phone to the sync system, but i wondered how do you get the info re song title etc etc over blue tooth it just seems to say "bluetooth media playing" or words to that effect.  I tried pressing the info button and that did nothing.  I have been on the ford site and put VIN number in and it says when looking for updates that the Sync is up to date.  It is a sync 1 from what I can gather.  Any help or advice on this I would be truly grateful.

Ive had renault clio 2011, peugeot 207 2012, peugeot 2011 - all did give that information, so i am surprised that a ewer car does not, or there isnt a way for it to do so.
