Rear heated window issue

Hi my rear heated window as stopped working..the eliment is good also fuse and switch good.i am thinking a bad earth wire .but not a clue where it is can any one help me with this please ..ford mondeo mk 5 tdci 



Are you good at reading Ford wiring schematics ?

To be honest nah im not the best only know very basic stuff..is it any easy fix for someone who knows there stuff

Should be easy to diagnose the problem for any half decent Auto-Electrician.

Then it depends what the fault is. It could be a simple break in the wire, or a poor connection. Or it could be that the relay inside of the Body Control Module has failed, which Ford class as a non-serviceable item.
