Battery drain issues

Featured Replies

Hi all on my partner’s 2012 ka the car has a 20ma drain jumping up to 60/80ma, on pulling out the bcm maxi fuse the drain clears so it seems like a module is still waking/sleeping constantly, my question is can anyone help me with how many modules are connected to the bcm, as I think I need to isolate them one by one until I can find the correct one.

 Thanks

A constant 20mA drain on the battery is normal, and could in fact be considered low. Even at 60mA it's not an unreasonable current draw on the battery when parked.
