I have two recent issues

1. I can’t seem to lock / unlock the doors from just touching the handles anymore, except the driver’s door. Annoying when you’re trying to open the passenger door for your 86 year old Mum and then have to rummage for a key

2. the auto start / stop never seems to work. Any ideas why?

    As above your battery State Of Charge is very low. You need to use a smart charger and leave it on charge for at least 12 hours. Make sure to connect the charger negative lead to the chassis earth point and NOT the battery negative.
