Hi, I just buy a 4-door Mondeo 2000c.c. which was made in 1999, the radio screen showing "LOCKED" and "10" at the bottom of "LOCKED", I tried to hold button no. 6 and then press button no. 2, then the screen is showing "CODE" and "11" at the bottom of "CODE", I tried to key in a code 1465 which is showing on a sticker inside the drawer, but no response, I don't know how to take out the radio to see the serial number at the back side, could I simply cut off the battery power and would it be reset automatically ? Or you can suggest me to try some codes ?

    if you get to LOCKED 13 its game over and off to the dealers to get it unlocked,if you do a search for ford radio locked ten you may find a site that will help with your problem.
