Anyone know if you can reinstall GraceNote on the Sync 3 ?

Tried my memory stick in my mums car and it downloads the album artwork ok (ecosport) , then i tried my memory stick in my own Kuga and its not downloading the album artwork , both cars were playing a specific track ,

Tried my mums memory stick in my Kuga and its not downloading the album artwork so i suspect there's an issue with the Sync Software or Gracenote , both versions and settings are the same in both cars

Sync software is upto date according to the Ford UK website - Gracenote Version 1.1.1.2316 EU-0020) according to the car's menu
