Front Lower Arm?

Featured Replies

My Mothers Petrol 1.3 Ka 96 had her MOT in February this year and I only just noticed that they advised "offside front lower arm starting to separate".

How serious is this? What should be the estimated cost if I asked a garage to do this?

Thanks

you can get the lower suspension arm for about £30.00 inc p&p or a ford part for £96.00

i would diy as it's quite an easy job or get a quote from a garage 1st

look here for the part

www.buypartsby.co.uk

ask your local garge for a price to supply & fit or for you to supply & and them fit if you dont feel confident to do it your self

that will give you a good idea on pricing but forget ford to do it as they chage about £ 60.0 an hour plus vat & then the part
