Ford Kuga no heating or ac coming through the vents.

I have a 2021 Kuga ST-Line X hybrid which is now out of warranty.

I have a problem with the air vents not opening. The heater works, AC works, blower works but no air comes through the vents on either floor, window, or middle area.

It’s almost like a vent is shut and not allowing air into the cabin.

Ford wants £189 to do a diagnostic check to see what the fault is.

Any idea’s

It's only just out of warranty, a courteous call to Ford CRC will probably get that sorted.

Could be anything, but for all flap motors on the HVAC to go down at once is rare, so I suspect the HVAC control module has gone or the control panel

Managed to fix the problem by replacing the Cabin/Pollen Filter for £30.

All vents are working as normal.  No diagnostic is needed.
