    That wiring schematic and the connector do not match.

    In the photo of your connector socket 11 and socket 16 are not used.

    In the schematic they are shown in use, socket 11 is the common for both mirror motors and socket 16 is possibly for the heated mirror (but it does say window).

    I do agree with the way you have counted, but you need a different schematic as you only have 5 sockets in use on the connector and the diagram shows 7 sockets in use.

    Mirror motors is worked. 11 shorted to ground.

    Not worked led pin 7,9.
