That kind of attitude isn't really warranted. There is an expansive level of help offered daily on this forum. It could simply be that no one who has read your post has any significant advice to offer.

It's a forum of enthusiastic owners, not necessarily a team of specific experts on every single problem encountered by a car owner.

Be patient, you may come across some good advice soon...

Looking back at Diablo's, posts,  TomsFocus advise was to change the 'air doser' but when asked, never explained what that was...... 🤔

That was explained via private message back in Nov 2023.  (And for reference, the reason I prefer to keep Ford related questions in public threads.  )

However, this problem moved on very quickly, and was deemed to be a fuelling issue instead.  As the whole fuel system has since been changed, I'm not sure what other advice I can offer personally.  Perhaps one of the replacement parts was faulty.  Perhaps there's a wiring fault.  Perhaps there's a PCM fault.

For low fuel pressure codes that aren't simply caused by a clogged filter, I'd generally recommend the fuel pressure regulator and fuel rail sensor, however both of those have been replaced as far as I'm aware, along with the HP pump & injectors.  It is also possible that that code is a red herring, being triggered by the engine shut-down, instead of being the cause of it.  I don't know if these codes are being read by Forscan or just generic OBD2.

I am not 100% sure if this model/engine runs a lift pump in the tank.  That may be worth replacing if so.  Though 6 years would be an oddly short life for a lift pump, where I'd expect more like 8-12 years.  There has been the occasional issue with the wiring side on the 1.5 diesel lift pump, but that causes a random shut-down, not just at high speed.

So I'm not sure we're any further forward now, and I do empathise with the frustration of this type of fault.  Maybe it's time to look for a diesel specialist for diagnosis (Bosch, Delphi etc) although they are few and far between now.  Or maybe it's worth trying alternative forums.  There are many more Mondeo owners over on TalkFord for example.

@diablo see? I knew some good advice would be along soon...😆

Did you read it or just assume it was good because I'd written it?

Sadly I don't think there is any more that I can offer personally.  As you said earlier in the thread, we don't know the answers to every fault, and unfortunately that is what's happened in this case.

I did actually read it Tom, won't lie to you, didn't understand most, but on previous form, I knew it would be good 😆

Trouble is, we haven't got the full unexpurgated story, just a snapshot of stuff, without the reasoning steps were taken. Also if 2 injectors were replaced and it ran ok for 2 weeks, I'd want to have those 2 injectors examined for particles, etc. Seems very drastic to 'replace the entire fuel system'... I'd want to know why and the logical reasoning behind such drastic action so I can understand the BACKGROUND to the fault....also, did it run ok BEFORE the service?

p.s.....what the heck is an air doser anyway....🤔

It's just another name for what people confusingly call the 'throttle body' on a diesel.  Two basic functions:

1. It partially closes when the EGR valve opens, meaning the full amount of EGR is sucked into the inlet, as it physically can't pull any excess clean air from outside.  (Hence air dosing)

2. It snaps shut when you switch the engine off to give a clean shutdown and prevent the small run-on & shudder that happens without them.  (They are sometimes called anti-shudder valves for that reason.)

Hi everyone.  Sorry for the rant . I am at my whits end with this car. I have replaced everything . Bought 4 recon injectors from a place in Dublin that do ford parts. 2 of them have been replaced again . Car started and went for 2 days and now won't start . Fuel pressure seems to be dropping off everything I stopped . Its gpin to a different garage next week. Tom asked if it had a fuel pump in tank it does and that went as well. Tank is clean ,filter bowl is clean lines were flushed. So hopefully this man sort it .

Replaced everything from tank to fuel rail. Still shutting down.  2 injectors were brought back and they are testing them. It ran grand after service last time

It could be drawing air in somewhere reducing the fuel pressure
