Engine Managmement Warning - Air Flow

Engine Management Light came on with this warning. 

Have checked the air filter, a bit dirty but still looks decent.

Car is 22k miles, due its 4 year service in October - know of others with similar age and the same issue - but no resolve yet.

Car feels a little sluggish but still drivable and no red warnings.

    You really need to get the actual Codes read and monitor Live Data if necessary because the warning you get in the Ford Pass App is not very helpful.

    Check for splits in the pipework between the Air Filter Turbo.

    If the car is running bad then it may run better with the MAF disconnected if the MAF is giving spurious readings but the Engine Management light will still be illuminated.
