Mondeo Mk4 (59) No power to Radio

Hi there, The radio and lights around it in dead - no pwer and wlll not turn on.

I checked the fuse under the glove box and is ok. I got another cheap but working radio and swapped it out but still no power.

I got another instrument cluster and cluster works but still no radio.

I am going to check ALL the fuses with my multimeter but if I can't find a blown fuse I am stuck.

Any ideas please?

    Seems to be taking a long time to check the fuses (12 hours since your post). What was the result ?
