Ford Streetka roof lid will not lock

Hello all,

I purchased a 2006 Ford Streetka winter edition with the hard top about 1 month ago. Over the Easter weekend I took the hard top off and drove around the weekend putting the roof up and down no issues

At the end of Sunday I was putting the roof back up and the lid to store the roof would not lock. Neither catch seems to be locking. Looking through Google people seem to be saying it could be the solenoid but not too sure. Has anyone had this issue before?
