Hi all, I purchased a Fiesta a couple of weeks ago after having a Mitsubishi for nearly a decade and Seat before that.
 

Before both of those though, I had a Ford Ka and my first car was the blue/purple 1.6 irc Ford Puma — *loved* that car. 

So I’m back in the Ford camp and have wanted a Fiesta for aaages but now I have one I’m a little concerned about the “wet belt” issue…. Never knew about this until joining this forum and that was after I bought the car so a little too late….. eeek… 

I am interested in potentially getting my car modified (it’s only a 1 litre) to give her a little more ooomph for hills but i don’t really know what’s possible and I am looking into starting street car motorsport with her. Not the off road stuff, but the manoeuvres although I appreciate this can kill the clutch. 
 

I really want to look after this car seeing as my last car died so I’m here to make sure I’m treating her right by expanding my knowledge of cars in general, but also Fiestas in particular. 
 

I mean, I don’t even know what MK she is 🤷🏻‍♀️
