TPMS delete

Featured Replies

Is it possible to delete the tpms so it’s not going off every time I get in.   Recently purchased FORScan so not fully up to speed with it.

Have you got a faulty sensor?  And what car /age. Your profile shows fiesta, and your posting in c max section

I have  a fiesta but the tpms  is on the wife’s 14 plate c max

Ok. Good news you can. I did it on a work colleagues 64 plate c max a few weeks ago.  You will need the extended licence for forscan. Free trial is all that's needed.

You got 2 options really. Program the bcm for no sensors or program for tyre deflection detection tpms. That was the earlier version without sensors and used the abs sensors to detect wheel speed differences. That will be the better option as you will need the tpms light to come on briefly  with ign for MOT purposes
