Hi thanks for the add, my daughters c max 1.6 TDCI 2005 model has blown the lower bellow part of the intercooler pipe ( left hand side) 

I have the old part out and cannot find the part on search 

even Ford parts were useless over the phone 

is it possible this part ( image attached) 

was replaced by a simple hose?

the local parts shop gave me a gates repair bellow part but the original one has a plastic pipe from left of intercooler and the bellow is moulded onto that 

as the original one was split I cut it off and put the gates one on. It is a really bad fit and 2 days later that split tio

it is really flimsy and cost me £42 

picture is with the gates being held on 

please help me with this part or an updated one hopefully a single pipe without these daft bellows that split

Looks like part number 1496240.  It has been superseded by a straight pipe.
