Air con clutch plate come off

Featured Replies

Hi, just signed up so hi all. Had my mondeo mk4 1.6tdci for about a year now. Today k went to get the air con regassed. It didn’t work. Machine drained and refilled no problem but air was ambiant. Told me to drive it a bit to see if that’s what it was but alas no. Took it back and when they looked the compressor clutch plate had come off and sitting on the under tray.
anyone else had this? I’ve seen come clutch pullies for around £70 but wondered if it may just be the bolt has worked its way loose and can be put back on.
any help would be appreciated

Think you will need a new one. That looks in very poor condition.
