Any say to tell visually whether a headunit is Sync2.5 or 3?

I'm looking on Autotrader for a Mondeo or Edge in UK.
It seems easy to tell the difference between Sync 2 and 3, however looking at this forum there is a Sync 2.5 which looks just like Sync 3

Is there anyway to tell the difference between Sync 2.5 and Sync 3 just by looking at pictures of the screen? Or do you have to be in the car checking settings

Can anyone answer which versions the attached are?

    I THINK, Sync 2.5 looks like Sync 3 but without a Nav icon?
