Tapping noise

Hi guys i have a tapping noise at the rear end boot area i have removed spare wheel the lot complete emty car and still annoying tapping in boot area (left).also had suspension checked and all is good.any ideas what this may be .help its driving me insane TAP TAP TAP!!!!
