Mondeo 1.6 tdci 2012 injector relearn pilot values

Featured Replies

Hi all I have a mondeo 2012 1.6 tdci
Zero DTC’s
My problem is that I have followed instructions to relearn injector pilot values after resetting with OBD
Engine temperature above 80c
3rd gear
Rpm 2500 let drop to rpm 1500 Without touching any other pedal
Done this for 30 mins and about 30 miles
Only the values remain on zero?
I have tried this twice now for the same durations with the same results?

Please could someone help
Could it be that the car needs a software update?
Or maybe the injectors are just gone?

I should state that I have been driving the car like this now for a week back and for work which is about 20 miles round trip
Car runs rough as hell when cold then clears and runs fine but just sounds like a bag of spanner’s  and very high fuel consumption
Thanks all
