Kuga 3 Heater / Air Con

I have a December 2020 ST LineX Diesel. Due to recent hot weather I’ve used the air con a fair bit without issue. Yesterday despite it being on with max A/C activated, I can hear the blower on full blast, but little or no air appears to be coming into any vents, no matter what I have selected, feet, face, screen.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue as I can’t see any posts on it. I’m suspecting a module may have failed, but hoping it’s a fuse. Any ideas ??

Have you checked the cabin filter?

early models had an issue where the filters became saturated with rain water and blocked. Known issue - worth checking

I don’t even know where the cabin filter is !!   I’ll look into it though. Thanks.

Is the cabin filter the same as the pollen filter ?

Same filter. Behind the glovebox.

Thanks. I’ll see if I can get it out tomorrow and have a look.

Just a little update. Eventually checked my pollen/cabin filter and although a little bit of grit and ***** in it, it was bone dry. I gave it a good vacuum and although the air blowing into the cabin has been improved, it still isn’t as forceful as it ought to be.  If I put it on MAX A/C, the air is nice and cool and reasonably powerful. Not sure how it can be improved.
