Hi, I’ve had my edge sport since Feb, mainlyi just want to get apple car play. I have read so many threads saying different things. My plate is 16 but registered 17🤷‍♀️ I believe I have sync 2 so I think I need to change the usb unit. Has anyone had any success in this? If so where can I get the part, uk . 
 

also long shot does anyone know if this will solve my issues with streaming via my phone (when plugged in will stop intermittently unless unplugged and plays via blue tooth)

my SD card comes up saying not inserted and even though car is under warranty Ford are saying I need a new one for £250 + I have tried factory reset etc
