Remote central locking issue with MK Mondeo Titanium X

Hi, hoping for some help. Picked up a a 14 plate Mondeo Titanium X today. 190k on the clock, mostly motorway miles, FSH and never missed a beat with all paper work in place. 

Got her home and (this car has been sat in a garage for a couple of months) and the drivers door will not UNLOCK with the fob and the nearside rear door will not LOCK with the fob. It's a bit intermittent too with other doors but mainly these two issues. Driving me mad! Any ideas? Thanks (I am a newbie here!)

    Issues with all doors sounds like a BCM issue.
